INGREDIENTS:
15 oz Wheel Mini Brie
1 sheet puff pastry (Pepperidge Farm), thawed at room
temperature for 20 minutes
1/4 cp Hannaford Inspirations Orange Cranberry Fruit Spread
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 French Baguette sliced

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Roll and shape dough on lightly floured surface. If any cracks
develop, sprinkle with water and press together to seal.
Roll pastry large enough to fit around cheese.
Spread Orange Cranberry Fruit Spread over top of cheese. Lift
pastry and drape over top. Turn over and seal pastry, pressing
gently.
Place pastry on a greased baking sheet with smooth side up. Brush
with egg wash.
Decorate with cut-out shapes made with remaining pastry sheet if
desired.
Bake 20 minutes or until pastry is puffed slightly and golden. Let
rest 10 minutes before serving with sliced baguette.
