INGREDIENTS:
4 sheets puff pastry
Flour
1 lb shaved (very thinly sliced) corn beef or pastrami, chopped
1 cp sauerkraut drained with excess liquid squeezed out
1 cp shredded Swiss cheese
1 tsp caraway seeds
3/4 cp Thousand Island dressing
1 egg

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Thaw puff pastry according to directions.
Roll
out on flour-dusted surface; cut each sheet into 9 squares.
In a bowl, combine corn beef, sauerkraut, cheese, caraway seeds
and dressing.
Mix. Place 1 heaping tablespoon of filling into the center of each
pastry square.
Fold into triangles seal the edges by pressing with the tines of
a fork.
In a small bowl, beat egg with 3 Tb cold water to make egg wash.

Bake 10-12 minutes or until light golden brown
