INGREDIENTS:
6 flour tortillas
1 cp refried beans
1 cp chunk salsa
1 cup grated cheddar goat cheese
8 oz grated pepper jack
8 oz grated mozzarella
3 tbs Gotthyme Jalapeņo jelly
1 large California Bartlett pear peel, rubbed with a lemon and
thinly sliced

DIRECTIONS:
Place tortillas on a baking sheet spread 1tbs of refried
beans,1tbs of salsa and sprinkle with the mozzarella, jack,
and cheddar goat cheese.
Add the sliced pear, cover with the other tortillas
and press down firmly.
Brown in a 180° C (350° F) oven for 3 minutes. finish by brushing
lightly with jalapeno jelly while warm.
Serve the quesadillas on their own or with a green salad.
