INGREDIENTS:
2 cp s flour
1/4 cp butter
3/4 cp milk
1/3 cp butter melted
1/3 cp sugar
2 tbs sugar
1 tbs baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 egg
1/2 tsp mace

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat your oven to 450F. In a large bowl, sift together flour,
2tbs sugar, baking powder, salt and nutmeg.
Cut the butter in with a fork. In another bowl, whip egg and milk
together. Add to flour mixture.
Mix well and form into a ball of dough.
Knead gently on a floured board. Roll out to 1/2 inch thick.
Cut out circles about an inch in diameter.
Bake on a cookie sheet for 7 minutes, or until golden.
Dip half of each biscuit into melted butter, and then into sugar
and mace (mixed together)...
