INGREDIENTS:
1 lb salad macaroni (the smallest macaroni size you can find)
1 tbs olive oil
1/2 cp green onions
1/2 cp celery sliced
1/2 cp green pepper
1/2 cp tomatoes diced
3 tbs sweet pickle relish
2 tbs fresh parsley
1/4 cp mayonnaise
kosher salt to taste
freshly cracked black pepper

DIRECTIONS:
Cook the salad macaroni according to the package directions.
Remove from heat, drain and rinse with cold
water to remove all the starch and drain well again.
Add a small amount of oil to the macaroni.
This will keep it from sticking and give a nice shine to the
salad.
Add all the other ingredients, tossing gently and serve.
