INGREDIENTS:
2 (6 oz) cans tuna drained
2 tbs mayonnaise
2 tbs diced green bell pepper
2 tbs diced red bell pepper
1 tbs red onion diced
1 tbs thinly sliced green onion
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp rice wine vinegar
1/2 tsp lemon juice
2 dash's cayenne pepper
salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:
In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna,
mayonnaise, bell peppers, red onion, green onion, garlic, parsley,
vinegar, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and salt and pepper.
Stir well and refrigerate for at least one
hour.
