INGREDIENTS:
5 cps beef broth (or 2 cans of Beef Broth and 2 cans of Water)
1/3 cp soy sauce
2 tbs brown sugar
1 tbs cider vinegar
1 tbs sake
2 clove garlic (minced)
1 tbs ginger root (minced)

DIRECTIONS:
In a large saucepan, combine Beef Broth, Soy Sauce,
Brown Sugar, Vinegar, Sake, Garlic and Ginger and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Servings: 1 quart
