4 cps chicken broth
1 pkg (9 oz) three cheese tortellini
2 cps packed fresh baby spinach leaves or 1 package (10 oz)
frozen chopped spinach
2 cloves minced garlic
1/8 to 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
4 tbs Parmesan cheese, grated

DIRECTIONS:
Heat broth and lemon juice until simmering in a large saucepan
Add tortellini , spinach and minced garlic, cook at a low boil
approximately 15 minutes or until tortellini is tender.
Divide soup evenly among 4 bowls and sprinkle with grated cheese.
